CALLING ALL YOUTH FOR CLIMATE ACTION📣💪💚
We are pleased to know that you are planning to host a Local Conference of Youth (LCOY) in your country in 2023.
Please fill in the following application form and provide information on your ideas and plans. These do not need to be finalized plans, but are required to evaluate your goals and strategies.
If we receive two or more applications from your country we will ask you and the other applicants to submit a “joint cooperation form” in which you specify how you are going to collaborate within your country. We would like to see one collective conference per country.
This application will be evaluated by the YOUNGO LCOY Working Group. The evaluating members will provide you with feedback on your application as soon as possible after your submission.
We are kindly asking for your patience when waiting for a response to your application. This year, the applications will be evaluated every in the first two weeks of a month. This means that applications submitted between March 1 – 31 will receive feedback by April 15 (submissions between April 1 – 30 –> feedback by May 15; submissions between May 1 – 31 –> feedback by June 15). If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to contact team@lcoy.earth.
FINAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE for applications is May 31, 2023 at 11:59pm UTC. Submissions past this deadline will not be considered. Only resubmissions specifically requested by the LCOY WG will be reviewed after this deadline.
