SB58 soon approaching, we are very happy to open applications for the International Youth Delegation of the Global Youth Development Institute (GYDI).
Kindly note that while badges will be provided to attend SB58, regrettably no funding support is available for Delegates (you must fully self fund or have other means of support).
Nevertheless, Delegates able to attend for one or both weeks of SB58 will receive specialized mentoring and capacity building based upon 12 years of UNFCCC experience, while also joining a global team of Delegates in a mutually supportive environment with access to GYDI activities.
Please also note that the GYDI Delegation may also accept a number of youth who have already secured a badge for SB58 from another source, yet who wish to contribute to GYDI activities and be part of our Delegation for the capacity building and group aspects. However, the availability of these external spots will depend upon the number of official Delegates and the finite ability of GYDI to support these youth on a voluntary basis.
